As part of our standard operating process, Gen H utilises a dual representation model, whereby the selected conveyancer acts simultaneously for both the customer(s) and Gen H.

Gen H does not permit separate legal representation where the respective conveyancers acting for the customer(s) and Gen H are different firms.
