We can consider properties that have up to 2 kitchens subject to the following:
- The annexe must be in character with the properties size and style
- The annexe must not be sublet or be setup to be sublet (i.e. have separate addresses)
- The whole property must be saleable as a single dwelling
- The whole property must have one council tax bill
- The whole property must have one set of services
More than 2 kitchens is not allowed.
