Failed transaction fee guarantee
For an additional £175 + VAT, clients can opt for a guarantee that covers legal fees if the transaction falls through (excluding third party costs).

Clients pay £500 up front and we kick off the legal work right away. This includes things like:
- Ordering searches
- Liaising with the solicitors in the chain
- Checking their contracts
- Reviewing their mortgage offer
- Obtaining information about their property

The legal process
Typically 8 to 12 weeks
We’ll work with other parties in the process and send your clients regular, jargon-free updates. We’ll be on hand to answer any and all questions. Then we’ll send your client a thorough report detailing everything we’ve learned about their transaction.

Exchange and completion
Our processes – like gathering all deposit funds, not just 10%, ahead of time – are designed to make completion a breeze compared to other conveyancers.
