Our offers are valid for 180 days.

As standard, we allow a 10 calendar day grace period to all offers provided this doesn't take the offer over 7 calendar months from the date of the valuation.

For example: If the valuation was carried out on the 3rd of March, the latest that the application could complete would be the 3rd of October. If the offer expiry was the 30th of September, the application would only be able to have a grace period of 3 days.
