Fixed term contracts

Fixed term contracts can be considered where the customer has 12 months’ continuous employment within a similar role and industry.

The customer must have a minimum of 3 months remaining on their current contract at the point of application or have a future contract in place.

Packaging guidance:

As proof of income on fixed term contracts, we require:

  • Current contract with at least 3 months remaining at time of submission
  • Latest 2 months' payslips or invoices

To verify 12 months continued employment, we require:

  • 12 months' payslips, or
  • 12 months' bank statements, or
  • Latest tax calculation, or
  • Latest P60, or
  • Previous contracts
