The role should be inline with the applicant's current role and any increase should be reasonable.
Packaging guidance:
Started within last 6 months:
- Latest month's or last 4 weeks paylip(s) and corresponding bank statement showing income received
- Evidence of 12 months in a similar role through P60s, P45, contracts or tax returns and corresponding tax year overviews
To start before completion:
- Latest month's or last 4 weeks paylip(s) and corresponding bank statement showing income received for the current role
- New role's contract
- We will condition for the first month's payslip and corresponding bank statement to be provided before completion
